➢ Maintenance, Insurance and Electricity bills are Due on the 5th of each month. A grace period of three (3) days is given after which electricity will be disconnected if bill is not paid. A reconnection of J$5,000.00 will be required prior to reconnection.
➢ For repairs in apartment work hours is Monday to Saturday 9am -5pm. No work on Sundays and Public holidays.
➢ Accounts over 60 days in arrears will be charged interest
➢ Keep area in front of meter rooms clear
➢ Place garbage in the bins provided
➢ Replace furniture to original location after use
➢ Turn lights off in all common areas when not in use.
➢ The pool deck is slippery when wet.
➢ No loud noise before 9:00am or after 10:00pm
➢ No Parties will be allowed. For Small gathering of 10 or less persons will be allowed and all Covid-19 Protocols MUST be observed. Booking MUST be done through the office. Noise rules must be observed.
➢ Children under 13 years of age are not allowed in the pool unattended.
➢ Do not remove posted signs
➢ Mail not collected within thirty (30) days will be returned to sender

Capital Expenditure Assessment
August was the last month for the two of the Approved Capital Expenditure Assessment namely: – replacement of the wood barrier fences and repair to the pool system yet some persons still have not completed their payments.
We are encouraging all owners who have not yet fulfilled their commitment to do so as a matter of urgency.
The under-mentioned schedule outlines owners’ obligation for the assessment to the Strata.

Reminders & Notices
Parking on the Lawn
There should be no parking on the lawn.
Please use the available parking lots

Missing Chairs
Two of the pool chairs are missing. If
you have borrowed them, we ask that
you return them immediately. The
furniture is for the use of all residents
and their guest.
Water
Please be reminded that water supply is
the responsibility of the tenant or owner.
The strata does not disconnect for water.
NWC carries out water disconnections.
The Strata is encouraging all
proprietors/residents to notify the Ministry or
Heath immediately if they are symptomatic i.e.
coughing, sneezing, having difficulty breathing, or if
someone has reason to believe that he or she may
have contracted the virus.
Extreme caution must be used in such cases in
deciding how much information to share with
residents, considering the possible stigmatization of
proprietors/residents. In any case, the person’s
identity to include name or unit number would not
be disclosed at any time.

Washing Cars
Persons having their cars washed are
asked to park at the front wall.
